How is Badlands practicing social distancing


We are limiting our maximum capacity to less than 50%. Guests must reserve their time in advance as we have limited capacity. Reservations are available for 2 hour time blocks, with 1 hour cleaning time inbetween each block. We require all guests and staff over 2 years old to wear, and we'll have masks available on site. We’re also requiring temperature checks of all guests as a condition to entry, limiting interactions between groups, and additional measures to support social distancing.




How are you keeping Badlands clean?


We will be closing for an hour between each admission blcok to clean and sanitize our space. We will have nighly professional cleaning service that will thuroughly clean and disinfect the entire space, including fogging the mountain and climbing spaces. We will have hand sanitizer located throughout the space, and will have hand washing time worked into activity rotations.




Can I insert a video in my FAQ?


Yes! Users can add video from YouTube or Vimeo with ease:

  1. Enter App Settings
  2. Click the "Manage Questions" button
  3. Click on the question you would like to attach a video to
  4. When editing your answer, click on the video icon and then paste the YouTube or Vimeo video URL
  5. That's it! A thumbnail of your video will appear in answer text box




How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?


The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
